Predictive Agility Project Management Application.

My name is Richard Ellis, and I am currently studying for an MSc(Software Engineering) with the Open University, and this website has been created for my final year project.

This application is designed to assist project managers and engineers involved with embedded system development projects, by helping to identify the most effective hybrid project management method for their individual projects.

Through answsering questions about the project, the key characterics (or factors) are identified, and the most suitable combination of project management controls are provided. These are designed to manage risk and increase the likelihood of a successful project outcome - in terms of project delivery to specification, quality, on time and budget.
